Body Measurement Guide

1. BUST is measured around the fullest part of the bust
2. WAIST is measured around the natural waistline
3. HIPS are measured at the widest part
4. INSIDE LEG is measured at the crotch to the ankle bone

When a dress length is indicated this will have been taken from the collar bone to the hem of the garment when on the body.

The Miss Selfridge Petites range is designed for women 5' 3" (160cm) and under in height.

Petites formal and casual trousers have an inside leg measurement of 29 inches (73.5cm)

As a general guide line the Petite Range is proportioned with the adjustments as detailed below. However, these may vary slightly depending on ease allowance and styling.

1. Petites short dress shortened by 3cm (1.2inches)
2. Petites long dress shortened by 5cm (2inches)
3. Petites full sleeve length shortened by 2cm (0.75inches)
4. Petites half and short sleeve length shortened by 0.5cm (0.2inches)
5. Petites short coats and tops shortened by 3cm (1.2inches)
6. Petites long coat shortened by 5cm (2inches)
7. Petites short skirt shortened by 2cm (0.75inches)
8. Petites long skirt shortened by 3cm (1.2inches)
9. Petites trouser rise shortened by 1cm (0.5inches)
10. Petites trouser inside leg shortened by 2.5cm (1inch)
